About the position

As an operations technician with us, you will be part of a team that currently consists of two experienced operations technicians. Our task is to ensure that our properties function optimally, with tasks ranging from performing actions in the properties to participating in various energy projects. On-call duty may occur. We see that you are a driven and innovative person who thrives in a smaller company and is passionate about operations with a focus on the customer.

Your profile

You should have 2–3 years of experience in technical operations and control & regulation technology. Education in areas such as electrical engineering, HVAC, or IT is a plus.

As a person, you have a good ability to find solutions and maintain a high level of service. You are computer literate and enjoy working with a computer/mobile phone as tools. You have social skills, which means you find it easy to make contact with people and build trust. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are service-oriented and see the benefits of working in a planned and structured way, enjoy working with improvements and development, see what needs to be done, and are ready to step in where needed.
